The adult lounge for breakfast was a delightful retreat!

The air conditioning in our room struggled to keep up on warmer days.

The facilities are outdated and in need of repair!!! Room cleanliness could use improvement, as housekeeping is inconsistent and often late in their service!!!

Great kids club kept my kids entertained, but noise from the nightclub was disruptive.

The food at the Italian and Steakhouse restaurants was fantastic, and the ocean view room was perfect for us. Our room was cleaned daily and the beverages were replenished, which made our stay so much more comfortable. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely come back again!

Had an amazing time with friends! The activities were endless—mini-golf and aerobics kept us busy. The beachfront property offered beautiful views and perfect spots to relax. Also, the kids' water park was a hit, ensuring everyone stayed entertained!

However, I found the restaurants quite limited. Reservations were tough to get, and we ended up having to eat at the buffet often, which got repetitive.

The water slides were a blast for my kids! We also loved the ocean view from our room and the beach was beautiful. The kids club kept them entertained. The daily activities were super fun. Manuel at Lapalapa made our visits good!

The spacious room offered a fantastic view and featured a relaxing jacuzzi tub. Unfortunately, the overall experience was hampered by poor dining options, especially the disappointing lobster and lackluster French restaurant dishes. Service inconsistencies also detracted from the stay, particularly in room assignments and noise disturbances from nearby children.

The staff, especially Carla, went above and beyond to ensure our kids enjoyed their stay. The variety of activities was impressive, keeping our children engaged and entertained. Additionally, the pool view provided a serene backdrop to our family fun, creating lasting memories.

However, the noise levels in the evenings could be disruptive at times.

the location was fantastic, right on the beach. there were many fun activities for the kids, and the staff was super friendly and eager to help. my family had a great time exploring the resort and using the multiple pools.

Not Great for Families

The kids club staff was really kind to my son who is autistic , they tried to engage him which was good to see. Also the evening activities were quite entertaining for the kids , kept them occupied.

It wasn’t cheap , but it’s still acceptable for what it is.

A Fun-Filled Family Getaway!

We had an amazing time enjoying the water slides and lovely pools. The entertainment team, especially Monserrat, made our days brighter with activities and smiles. Dining options offered a variety of flavors—don't miss the tacos at the beachfront restaurant! Make reservations early to avoid the rush.
